Event — Santa Fe Relocation recently participated in the Club 100 Network Huddle, hosted by Expat Academy in London, where Global Mobility professionals came together to discuss some of the most pressing challenges facing mobility programmes.
Representing Santa Fe, Michele Longley and Richard Crocker joined a day of collaborative discussions focused on immigration compliance, business travel, tax exposure, assignment structures and employee mobility across multiple jurisdictions. The event was designed around peer learning, giving attendees the opportunity to share experiences, benchmark approaches and discuss practical solutions with fellow Global Mobility professionals.
One of the highlights of the day was the interactive workshop sessions, which explored real-world mobility scenarios involving compliance risks, cross-border working, tax residency, business travel and relocation programme design. These discussions reflected the increasing complexity organisations face as they balance compliance obligations, employee experience and business objectives across international operations.
At Santa Fe, these conversations help shape the way we support our clients and customers. By working closely with HR and Global Mobility professionals, we continue to develop solutions that help organisations create consistent, compliant and employee-focused mobility programmes across their global footprint while maintaining high standards of care and governance.
