Santa Fe is pleased to host an interactive Cross-cultural leadership workshop in Bangkok, bringing together HR professionals to explore the practical challenges of leading and supporting people across cultures. Taking place on 17 September 2026, the session will be facilitated by Paul Massard, PCC Coach and APAC Head of Cadran International Executive Coaching, drawing on his experience working with leaders and organisations across the region.
The workshop will centre on practical cross-cultural leadership challenges through an interactive breakfast session, peer discussion and real-life case sharing. Participants will explore how cultural differences can influence leadership, communication and workplace relationships, with opportunities to share their own experiences and discuss approaches with other HR professionals. With attendance limited to ten participants, the small-group format will allow for focused discussion and meaningful exchange throughout the session.
The event will take place on Thursday 17 September 2026 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Starbucks Reserve EmQuartier in Bangkok. Attendance is limited to ten participants, creating a focused setting for discussion, shared experiences and practical conversation with peers.
