Recruiting international talent is becoming an increasingly important priority for organisations across Spain. As demand for specialist skills grows, employers need a clear understanding of the immigration, employment and relocation processes that support successful international hiring.
Santa Fe Spain is pleased to invite HR professionals, employers and business leaders to a seminar in Málaga exploring the latest developments in residence and work permits for foreign nationals in Spain. The session will combine expert guidance from the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration with practical employer experience from DEKRA España, offering attendees valuable insights into attracting, hiring and supporting international talent.
The seminar will take place on Thursday 22 October, from 12:00 to 14:00, at Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía, Málaga. Guest speakers include Luis Esteban Manzanares, Coordinator of the Large Companies and Strategic Groups Unit within the General Subdirectorate for Immigration and International Mobility, and Rubén Castellanos Cruzado, Talent Acquisition Specialist at DEKRA España, who will share practical experience of recruiting and retaining international professionals.
