Santa Fe is pleased to support the next FEM Belgium Chapter Meeting, bringing together Global Mobility leaders from some of Belgium’s leading organisations to discuss how different companies design and manage their Global Mobility programmes.
Taking place on 10 September 2026 in Zaventem, Belgium, the interactive session will explore how Global Mobility policies vary across organisations, the business drivers behind those decisions and how Global Mobility functions are structured to support wider business objectives. The discussion will be moderated by Joost Schramme, FEM Belgium Chapter Leader and Global Client and Regional Business Development Director at Santa Fe Relocation.
The panel will feature Véronique De Vooght, International Mobility Manager at Ageas, Ellen Schelfhout, International Mobility Manager at Engie, Daphne Meganck, International Mobility Lead at UCB and Erik Mathys, Head of Total Rewards at ETEX. Together, they will discuss how their organisations approach Global Mobility policy design, programme governance and the business priorities that shape their mobility strategies.
Attendees will gain practical insight into different approaches to policy design, governance and programme management, with opportunities to ask questions and share experiences with peers from across the Global Mobility community.
