🇸🇪 Sweden: New work permit rules apply from 1 June 2026. Changes include a salary requirement of at least 90% of Sweden’s median salary, EU Blue Card validity increasing from two years to four years and seasonal work permits increasing from six months to nine months within a 12-month period.
🇻🇳 Vietnam: From 1 June 2026, organisations in Ho Chi Minh City must use a Vietnam electronic identification account for online immigration procedures. From 15 June 2026, outcomes for Work Permit and Work Permit Exemption applications in Ho Chi Minh City will be issued electronically.
