Santa Fe has launched its Sustainability Report 2026, demonstrating how organisations can build more responsible Global Mobility programmes through measurable action.
Organisations increasingly expect Global Mobility programmes to deliver business performance, an excellent employee experience and measurable sustainability outcomes. Our Sustainability Report 2026 shows how Santa Fe is helping clients meet those expectations through practical action across our operations, supply chain and services, creating long-term value for clients, relocating employees and the communities we support.
The report highlights a 25% reduction in total corporate emissions, sustainable packing materials in 98% of locations, more than 1,000 employee volunteering hours across 13 countries and stronger governance through Board-level ESG oversight. It also introduces our Green-conscious Relocation Services model, helping organisations integrate sustainability into relocation programmes through informed, practical decision-making.
The report also reflects a broader shift in how sustainability is managed across Santa Fe. During 2025, we strengthened governance, improved the quality of our ESG data and reporting, completed global risk and biodiversity assessments and established clearer priorities for the years ahead. This provides a stronger foundation for decision-making and greater transparency for clients and partners.
Sustainability is an ongoing commitment. By continuing to improve how we measure performance, strengthen governance and deliver our services, we aim to create lasting value while helping people work, live and thrive in new places around the world. The report reflects the progress we’ve made and the priorities that will shape the next phase of our sustainability strategy.
